These rules are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members. By registering, you agree to comply with these conditions.

1. Membership Holder

• Your SportBenefit membership is strictly for personal use only and is non-transferable.
• The information you provide during registration, such as your name and email, may be cross-verified with your employer or client institution to confirm eligibility.
• Unauthorized use of a membership (e.g., sharing with others) is prohibited. SportBenefit reserves the right to cancel memberships found in violation of this policy.

2. Accessing Partner Facilities

• To enter partner gyms, sports clubs, or other facilities, you must:
  1. Scan a designated QR code using the SportBenefit Mobile Application.
  2. Present a valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.) if requested for verification purposes.
• Access must be verified by partner facility staff.

3. Geolocation Compliance

• Remote QR scanning using tools like VPNs or location spoofing to fake geolocation is strictly prohibited.
• Members must be physically present at partner facilities when accessing services.
• Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of the membership without refund. Additionally, the associated partner facility may also face termination of partnership with SportBenefit.

4. Subscription Plans

• Your subscription provides access to facilities based on your selected plan. Facilities and activities included in each plan are detailed in the SportBenefit app.
• Changes to your plan (e.g., upgrades or downgrades) can be made and will take effect in the following month.

5. Daily Use Policy

• Each membership allows for one visit per day to any partner facility or activity included in your plan.

6. Subscription Continuity

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month unless deactivated by you through the SportBenefit portal.
• Paid subscriptions cannot be interrupted, suspended, or canceled mid-month. Refunds or partial refunds for activated subscriptions are not permitted.

7. Compliance with Partner Rules

• Members must adhere to the rules and regulations of partner facilities.
• Non-compliance, damage to property, or misuse of facilities may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

8. Fraud and Misuse

• SportBenefit reserves the right to investigate and act on suspected fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to:
  1. Sharing account access with others.
  2. Using multiple devices to access the same account.
  3. Attempting to bypass geolocation requirements.
• Proven cases of fraud will result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.

9. Employer and SportBenefit Rights

• Your employer and SportBenefit reserve the right to disallow your enrollment if necessary, including prior to the start of a billing cycle.
• Specific terms may apply based on agreements between SportBenefit and your employer.

10. Notifications and Changes

• SportBenefit may update subscription prices, partner facilities, or terms of use. Users will be notified of any changes before implementation.

11. Facility Availability

• SportBenefit is not responsible for partner facility closures, changes, or unavailability of services.

12. Privacy

• SportBenefit values your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination of Service

• SportBenefit reserves the right to refuse service or cancel memberships at its discretion. This includes cases of non-compliance, suspected fraud, or breaches of these Conditions of Use.
