- In cases where a Member books but fails to attend the Club without a valid reason, the issue must be resolved directly between the Member and the Club in accordance with the Club's policies.
- The Club reserves the right to charge the Member for the missed booking, and the Member may be required to cover the cost of the no-show with their own funds.
- Clubs are encouraged to notify SportBenefit of repeated no-shows. In such cases, SportBenefit reserves the right to take action, which may include:
- Issuing a warning to the Member.
- Temporarily or permanently blocking the Member’s access to that specific Club.

- Members must book, attend the Club, and complete the check-in process before requesting another reservation.
- This policy applies exclusively to Clubs where such booking requirements are specified in the Club description on the SportBenefit website and app.
- Failure to comply with this sequential booking policy may result in:
- Temporary suspension of booking privileges.
- Warnings or further restrictions on account activity.
